Van Dyke Suite

The Van Dyke Suite is situated on the ground floor with simulated lighting and is fully air conditioned. Decor is of a traditional style and this room features an automatic drop-down screen, ISDN 2 and analogue phone lines. The Van Dyke Suite can accommodate up to 130 guests in a reception-style layout. The suite is a combination of the Van Dyke Room, the Buckingham Room and the Van Gogh Room so it can be adjusted into smaller meeting rooms if required. The Van Dyke Suite is licensed for weddings.

The Van Dyke Room is situated on the ground floor with simulated lighting and is fully air conditioned. Decor is of a traditional style. This room features an automatic drop-down screen, ISDN 2 and analogue phone lines. Maximum numbers for a meeting is 60 based on reception-style seating.

Van Gogh Room

The Van Gogh Room is situated on the ground floor with simulated lighting and is fully air conditioned. Decor is of a traditional style and the room features an automatic drop-down screen, ISDN 2 and analogue phone lines. The Van Gogh Room can accommodate a maximum of 60 guests in a reception-style layout.

Rembrandt Room

The Rembrandt Room offers abundant natural daylight and a fireplace. It is fully air conditioned and has adjustable lighting together with a remote-controlled drop-down screen, ISDN 2 and analogue telephone lines. The room is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and is ideal for meetings, seminars and dinners for up to 80 guests. The suite is also licensed for weddings.

Rubens Suite

The Rubens Suite is situated on the ground floor with simulated lighting and is fully air-conditioned. It has an extra exit door through to The English Grill. Decor is of a traditional style. The suite holds a maximum of 60 guests based on reception style layout.

This room features an automatic drop-down screen, ISDN 2 and analogue phone lines. Maximum of 20 guests in a reception or theatre-style layout.

Da Vinci Room

The Da Vinci Room is situated on the ground floor with simulated lighting as well as natural lighting and is fully air conditioned. Decor is of a traditional style and this room features an automatic drop-down screen, ISDN 2 and analogue phone lines. The room holds a maximum of 20 guests in a reception or theatre-style layout.

The Leopard Room is our sophisticated private hire bar featuring its own private entrance and facilities to offer an air of exclusivity. With its exceptional location, chic decor, and menu of mouthwatering canapés, finger food, and creative cocktails, The Leopard Room is the ideal place for hosting sophisticated parties and events.

The Leopard Room is located on the ground floor of The Rubens at the Palace, facing the Royal Mews of Buckingham Palace, and can accommodate up to 40 people standing (30 with a stage or band) or 29 people seated. It has an abundance of natural daylight, air conditioning, and boasts an excellent sound system and TV, so that you can tailor the space to meet the ambience of your event. It is the perfect private hire space for hosting events in central London all year round.

bbar is our vibrant cocktail bar and restaurant located just next to The Rubens in the heart of Victoria. As well as a trendy atmosphere with eclectic decor to match, it boasts an excellent private events space including a private bar for reception drinks, delicious canapés, or elegant sit-down meals. bbar is fully air-conditioned and can host up to 200 people reception-style.

43 Below

Located below the main restaurant, 43 Below is the hidden gem of bbar. An intimate private hire space, 43 Below offers everything from drinks and delicious canapés to sit-down meals. With its own private bar and facilities, 43 Below promises an event of luxury and exclusivity whilst its full air conditioning makes it perfect all year round. 43 Below can be hired with no room charge from January to November. It is available until 11pm daily and a later license until 1am is available with six weeks' notice prior to the event.
