The Gennaro Room
An adaptable yet elegant room. The Gennaro Room overlooks Dean Street from the second floor of the Club. With superb light, this adaptable yet elegant room is intimate enough for a chic dinner, a glamorous cocktail party or almost any permutation of meeting, seminar, workshop, disco etc. The Gennaro Room is also licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies for up to 80 guests.

The Carter Room
The newest addition to the Groucho Club, the Carter Room is named for Nicky Carter our long-serving Director of Art. And as can only be expected, it’s walls are home to some truly special pieces from our collection. The Carter Room seated can hold up to 30 people on 3 square tables, 16 people on one long table or up to 50 standing for a party.

The Mackintosh Room
Our second floor Mackintosh Room, overlooking Dean Street, is ideal for formal dining or meetings and presentations. The space is named after Tony Mackintosh, a founder of The Groucho Club.

The Second Floor
The Second Floor of the Club is made up of three distinctive spaces that can be combined for larger events and grand parties.
The Gennaro is a striking modern space. To the left is The Mackintosh Room, and off to the right is The Carter Room, all together they boast an incredible set of pieces from Club’s infamous Art Collection, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and a open, bright modern atmosphere for your event.
Individually unique or cleverly conflated for the ideal space for the perfect party.
Snooker Room
On the 2nd floor, the Snooker Room is a hidden gem.
With comfortable armchairs, a full-sized Snooker/Pool table, state of the art sound system and an 85″ screen, this superb, highly flexible space is the ideal venue for Snooker or Pool tournaments with friends (whilst you watch sport on the big screen), presentations, drinks receptions, meetings, dinners and screenings. The table can also be covered to host intimate dinner parties.
An internal staircase leads to The Mary-Lou Room.

The Club Room

The Mary-Lou Room
Situated on the 1st floor, the Mary-Lou Room has recently been completely refurbished and is available for hire. It features a completely new bar and a stunning fireplace by the Ian Davenport wall.
The space interconnects doors to the Dining Room and internal staircase to the Screening Room. AV: 55″ screen, Sky, HDMI/Wireless mac connections and a state-of-the-art sound system with decks/iPhone connection, and other connections available on request.

The Dining Room
The first floor Dining Room is normally our members’ restaurant but is available for private hire on Mondays and Saturdays. An ornate arched ceiling and glass roof, stunning 1970’s crystal chandelier and polished wooden floors make this a very impressive event location. The space interconnects with the Mary-Lou Room via double doors making it a very flexible space. There’s also shared access to our outside space Liam’s yard.
