Sadler's Wells Theatre

Sadler’s Wells is a world-renowned dance organisation, home to a range of iconic event spaces. If you’re looking for a contemporary and vibrant venue, our versatile spaces are ideal for conferences, artistic hires, awards, fashion shows, filming projects and more.

You can hire a range of spaces for 12 to 1,500 guests, including our auditorium, a studio theatre, rehearsal spaces and a range of modern meeting rooms. Each space acts as a blank canvas, giving you the opportunity to create the perfect environment for your event.

Our modern event spaces have fully integrated state-of-the-art AV with support from in-house technical staff, air conditioning, lots of natural light and fast wifi. Our experienced Events Team provide dedicated event management. And our in-house Catering Team create inventive, seasonal menus prepared fresh in our kitchen. They can also provide a range of refreshments for a variety of occasions.

Sadler’s Wells Theatre

Sadler’s Wells Theatre is a tiered auditorium, which can seat up to 1,500 people. We work with advanced theatre technology, from state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment to computer-controlled flying.

As well as performances, the auditorium can also be used as a contemporary conference venue. Recently, we’ve hosted companies including Deloitte, Sony Music, TEDx, KPMG, The Guardian, Rogue Films and fashion labels such as Alexandre McQueen and Bottega Veneta

Hire includes dressing rooms and in-house sound and lighting equipment. Additional reception and foyer spaces can be used as breakout rooms or catering and entertainment areas.

Lilian Baylis Studio

The Lilian Baylis Studio combines state-of-the-art event facilities with a real theatre atmosphere. It’s an extremely versatile space, so you can create the ideal setting for performances, award ceremonies, conferences and more.

This intimate event space is managed exclusively by a team of experienced technicians. It includes three dressing rooms and raked seating that can be retracted at the touch of a button to reveal a blank canvas for evening receptions, as well as cabaret set up for up to 100 guests.

Our first circle and second circle can be used for catering. Our in-house catering team can provide a range of refreshments from breakfasts and sandwiches to buffets, bowl food and canapés. The Fox Garden Court Café, located next the studio, is great option for drinks on arrival or a reception after your event.

Peacock Theatre

Located in London’s West End, Peacock Theatre is a truly unique venue that’s great for performances, conferences, seminars and award ceremonies.

The auditorium has tiered seating for up to 1,000 people, air conditioning and fully integrated AV.  And behind the scenes, our technical staff have the expertise to make sure every event runs smoothly. Peacock Theatre has played host to clients including Price Waterhouse Coopers, EMI and Granada Television.

The Dorfman Room

The Dorfman Room is our main conference and meeting space. It has a modern industrial feel, with plenty of natural light, fully integrated AV equipment, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

This versatile space is a great choice for many occasions from board meetings and presentations to awards celebrations and client dinners. Our in-house Catering Team can provide a range of refreshments, from breakfasts and sandwiches to buffets, bowl food and canapés, served in the circles.

The Kahn

The Kahn is a flexible and versatile event space ideal for meetings, workshops and seminars for small to medium-sized groups, as well as private receptions. It’s modern and stylish and includes integrated AV, air conditioning and wifi.

Pina Bausch Room

The bright and contemporary Pina Bausch Room is a modern space with plenty of natural light and integrated AV. It is great for meetings, team away-days, break-out spaces and receptions.
