Located on Bethnal Green Road just a stone’s throw from Brick Lane, we’re home to a three-screen cinema, theatre, live music venue and creative hub. Our welcoming, flexible spaces can be configured for parties, premieres, product launches, meetings and much more – there’s endless potential for your event here at Rich Mix.

As an independent charity, all venue hire profits go back into supporting our mission and core purpose: welcoming the communities of the world in East London to create, enjoy and share culture.

One of London’s busiest and most diverse arts centres, we’re experienced in staging and presenting events of every kind. Our skilled team of event managers, technical experts and front of house staff can expertly plan your event in advance and ensure everything goes to plan on the day.

Conference & Meetings

With room for up to 350 people, there are multiple spaces here at Rich Mix that offer a comfortable home for you, whatever your needs.

Did you know that you can completely take over our fourth floor? With three flexible spaces that can be adapted to suit your event, the fourth floor is home to The Studio, The Mix and Screen 3.

Recently our fourth-floor Studio and The Mix have been used for conferences by the Independent Cinema Office, Hokodo, The Ivors Academy, Starling Bank, Big Issue and Guildhall School of Music and Drama – who hosted presentations and panels in The Studio and Screen 3 before moving over to The Mix for catering, a drinks reception and breakout space.

If it’s a smaller space you’re after for your event, we also have our boardroom available for hire.

Cinema Screens

Each of our three cinema screens has a unique design with a boutique feel.

This makes us one of the most uniquely presented cinemas in London, with Vogue magazine voting us in their top ten. All screens are licensed for weddings, boast the latest technology with air conditioning, and are available for private hire for standalone events/screenings or in conjunction with our other spaces.

The Stage

Located at street level, our dynamic and versatile main space is perfect for performances, conferences and other major events.

The space features a large built-in stage with full lighting rig, a technical booth offering a professional sound system and projection facilities, plus its own fully stocked private bar, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The Studio

Located adjacent to The Mix, The Studio is a flexible theatre space fully equipped with a lighting rig, retractable raked seating, projection facilities, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

As well as professional lighting facilities, in this space you can also open the black out blinds and enjoy plenty of natural light too.

This space is available to hire on its own or in conjunction with The Mix and even Screen 3, giving you exclusive use of the entire fourth floor.
