In 2020, we refurbished the third floor of a fully renovated paper factory in Underwood Street, 5 minute walking distance from Old Street Tube and Rail Station. Underwood Lofts, the new corporate event venue in London is 5,850 sq ft in total and separated into three adjacent studios:
- The New White Loft (2,092 sq ft)
- The New Victorian Loft (2,433 sq ft)
- The Chalet (684 sq ft) which connects both studios in the middle.
The New White Loft
The New White Loft is a beautiful, contemporary and bright studio space, perfect for photo and film shoots, corporate events, conferences or any other creative activity that requires a blank canvas. It is one of three adjacent studios on the third floor of a fully renovated paper factory in Underwood Street, 5 minutes walking distance from Old Street Tube and Rail Station.
Our versatile space can be tailored to your every need, whether it’s a corporate conference, a stylish reception dinner, an inspiring breakout session, a fashion show that turns heads, or a captivating filming and photography session. It has 2,092 sq ft and can accommodate a maximum of 140 people standing. The venue can be rented separately or in addition to the adjacent Chalet and The New Victorian Loft.
The Chalet
The Chalet, a 684 sq ft studio nestled on the third floor of Underwood Lofts. This unique space connects seamlessly with The New White Loft and The New Victorian Loft, making it ideal for combined bookings.
Adjacent to The New White Loft and The New Victorian Loft, The Chalet is an unmissable space. Perfect for event registration, briefings, preparations, private calls, and receptions, it’s your ideal hub for creating bespoke experiences for your clients and delegates.
The New Victorian Loft
The New Victorian Loft is a beautiful, contemporary and bright studio space, perfect for photo and film shoots, corporate events, conferences or any other creative activity that requires a blank canvas. It is one of three adjacent studios on the third floor of a fully renovated paper factory in Underwood Street, 5 minutes walking distance from Old Street Tube and Rail Station.
