KCLSU - The Strand

King's College London Students' Union (KCLSU) has two fantastic bars and two fantastic cafes - all of which can be hired to provide the perfect venues for various occasions.

The Shack

Our modern, ground floor venue; The Shack, located centrally in the wonderful Bush House, with floor to ceiling windows directly onto the Strand, The Shack is perfect for large gatherings. With a capacity of 120, the large, bright and airy space contains modern furniture, chesterfield couches, foosball and ping pong table. The fabulous lighting creates a wonderful happy atmosphere your guests will feel comfortable immediately.

The Shack offers a large projector screen, multiple plasma screens and free Wi-Fi so can accommodate bespoke corporate events, team building days, we can adapt to you! Catering is also available from our very own in-house catering team.

The Vault

Introducing The Vault, our brand new, underground club/ bar venue located centrally in the wonderful Bush House on the Strand.

The Vault can accommodate a large dance floor and huge seating area, this space can be adapted to any requirements. The Vault has a large projector screen, multiple plasma screens, PA system and free Wi-Fi so your AV needs can be met!

With the relaxed, industrial chic interior of The Vault, the space leaves little to the imagination, but with shiny new chesterfield couches, modern tables and seating and gentle lighting the fully air conditioned space is perfect for parties, drinks receptions, bespoke corporate events, team building days, we can cater to your requirements!

With a seated capacity of 120 and a maximum capacity of 400, The Vault can accommodate the largest of gatherings. Catering is also available from our very own, fabulous, in-house catering team.
