Bohemia Boardroom

A sleek and contemporary fixed boardroom style space on the ground floor with natural daylight ideal for interviews, team discussions and presentations.

Bohemia is an inspiring and alternative meeting space for corporate clients and creatives, offering a quirky and unique meeting space, encouraging creativity and engaging board meetings.

Featuring a large wooden table with up to 10 seats the meeting room is equipped with a 42” screen with laptop connectivity and conference phone. Writing pads and pens are provided for all delegates and the Events Team are able to offer flip charts and maker pens if required.

With an in-room coffee station, the boardroom is able to accommodate working coffee breaks or lunches should you have a tight agenda to work though. La Terrazza restaurant, conservatory and terrace also served as great break out spaces for morning coffee breaks, lunches and afternoon focus groups.

Seating up to 10 guests, Bohemia is a fantastic option for a private dinner or intimate family celebration too. Our Head Chef and his team at La Terrazza offer bespoke private dining menus suitable for birthday celebrations, surprise suppers and family get-togethers.

The restaurant team at La Terrazza are on hand during meetings or private dining to deliver excellent customer service and assistance.

La Cantina

La Cantina is Hotel Xenia’s largest event space. A multifunctional event space with natural lighting and access to private outdoor terrace, the space is suitable for a range of event and meeting formats.

Available for private film screenings or presentations of up to 60 guests, the room can be hired for inspiring boardroom meetings of up to 30 delegates, training workshops, product launches, birthday parties or private dinners.

Featuring an 84” smart screen with multimedia and laptop connectivity and a sound system, La Cantina is well equipped for presentations, educational talks and networking events.

For private hire, this event space is perfect for birthday celebrations, children’s parties, engagement parties and intimate wedding receptions. The in-room sound system allows guests to play their own playlists, alternatively our Events Team are able to assist Party Planners with confirming a DJ or band and dancefloor from the hotel’s preferred suppliers list.

Looking for an evening reception venue? La Cantina serves as a comfortable lounge for cheese and wine pairings, chocolate tasting sessions or drinks receptions. The in-room mood lighting sets the tone for your event and can provide a party-like atmosphere or create a warm, relaxing setting.

With direct access to the La Terrazza Conservatory and Terrace, La Cantina works perfectly as the primary event space for larger groups whilst the Conservatory provides a separate dining area. The three spaces combined works perfectly for larger parties and events.

A well located event space between Earl’s Court and Gloucester Road underground stations, Hotel Xenia makes for a great meeting point in West London within a short drive from Heathrow Airport.
