At Friends House, we offer a selection of 33 competitively priced meeting rooms and event spaces. All our rooms have natural daylight and are fitted with the latest audiovisual equipment. We can provide you with freshly made and seasonal catering.

Friends House is a versatile and unique venue. Our 32 meeting rooms and event spaces can accommodate meetings from ten to 1,000 delegates. All our event spaces have complimentary WiFi access, and a wide range of audiovisual equipment is available to hire.

Leslie Forster Suite

The Leslie Forster Suite is one of the most versatile event spaces in the venue. This very bright room offers eight different layouts, and can accommodate up to 45 delegates in theatre style. The Suite can also be broken out into two different rooms. The Leslie Forster Suite also has its own dedicated breakout space, perfect for keeping your event and breakout time separate. Located on the lower ground floor, the John Woolman room is one of our smallest meeting rooms and can accommodate 10 delegates in board room style.

The Ada Salter Suite is located on the ground floor. The Suite offers various layouts, with a maximum capacity of 80 delegates in theatre style. Conveniently located opposite The Light auditorium, it can be used as a breakout room for your events in the auditorium or as a dedicated catering space.

Waldo Williams Suite

Located on the ground floor, the Waldo Williams Suite is one of the largest and most versatile event spaces in the venue. This very bright room offers seven different layouts, and can accommodate up to 120 delegates in theatre style.
