The event spaces at Gridiron Building have been beautifully and sustainably designed by award-winning architect David Chipperfield. Neutral colours and organic textures create a sense of calm, while 3.2-metre ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows let in an unparalleled amount of daylight and uninterrupted city views.

Perfect as an intimate space for smaller or informal gatherings, the lounge and terrace on Floor 1 of Gridiron Building is an airy and comfortable space to host events for up to 40 standing guests.

There are two versatile event spaces to choose from on Floor 8 of Gridiron Building. The spacious, bright meeting room is ideal for presentations and can hold up to 90 guests. There’s also the inviting lounge space with adjoining terrace and views overlooking St Pancras Square for smaller events.

Gridiron Building is primely located in the newly developed King’s Cross hub with numerous bars, restaurants and shops for guests to explore. It has excellent transport links for guests inside and outside the UK too, being just a 2-minute walk from King’s Cross St Pancras with direct services to Paris, Brussels and Lille.
