Third Floor Suite
The Third Floor Suite is our premium event space, flooded with floor to ceiling natural daylight. Each room is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate a fully seamless hybrid meeting, at no additional cost when hiring the suite.
As well as the main meeting space, there are two attached syndicate rooms that can be used for breakout, or to serve refreshments and catering.
Why not take advantage of our new hybrid facilities here in our Third Floor Suite. The main meeting room, Max Nasatyr, has 2 high-definition hybrid capable cameras, allowing for your event to be streamed from different angles and the ability to live stream to YouTube. With both syndicate rooms also having screens, high-definition room cameras and hybrid meeting capabilities, this whole Third Floor Suite is fully able to accommodate remote attendees. Our AV team will be around on the day to help with the technology and therefore facilitate the smooth running of your event.
Hire of this suite includes access to an exclusive foyer area which is perfect for registration or catering, an outdoor terrace area, and a private cloakroom.

The South Bank Suite offers flexible solutions for small group workshops to large conferences.

Palm Meeting Room
The Palm Meeting Room is a bright, contemporary, purpose built meeting space, located just two minutes’ walk from the main Conference Centre and a stone’s throw from London’s South Bank. Bargehouse is an exciting space in London’s lively South Bank and Bankside areas. A vast, untouched five-storey building, in its raw state, Bargehouse is often transformed by creatives for unconventional exhibitions, immersive performance and interactive events.
Bargehouse has a range of different spaces, each offering unique features and quirks. Rooms can be used on their own or in combination, depending on event requirements. The venue is part of the Oxo Tower Wharf development, owned and managed by social enterprise Coin Street, and is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bars, and 30 innovative contemporary design shops
