4th Floor Studios

4th Floor studios is a versatile and professional space for a meeting/conference/away day/workshop with a difference. Two spaces combine to make ample space for break out areas with loads of cool soft furnishings, flooded with natural light.

Wi Fi and full spec of AV equipment/live video streaming, mean whilst enjoying the relaxed atmosphere you can also achieve your strategic goals. With on site kitchens and tailored catering, real fairtrade coffee from our barista coffee machine and a fully licensed bar, what more could you want?

Comprising of two large open adjoining spaces (the daylight and black out studios) “4th Floor Studios” is a completely self-contained studio space complete with kitchen, bathrooms and roof terrace, the 4th floor has a maximum capacity of 150.

For smaller events we can offer our HQ studio on the 1st floor, again a fully-self contained studio space comprising one huge open plan space including separate fully functional commercial style kitchen.

All studios have wooden flooring and white brick walls and are filled with cool props and funky soft furniture.

Both of our spaces are designed to inspire and come equipped with full AV spec and wi-fi with onsite AV technicians to ensure a relaxed professional experience.

HQ Studio

HQ is our latest addition based in the same building on the First floor. With wooden floors and white brick walls throughout it is ready for use and kitted out with some cool furniture and a grand piano just in case you need one!

If you are looking for Banquets Halls or catering Halls this could be the perfect fit for your brief.

As with the Fourth Floor, we have all the AV tech you may need to make your booking flow and our commercial kitchen is based on the same floor making it easy for service.

4th Floor - The Daylight Studio

Owing to the skylight in the roof and abundance of windows our daylight studio offers a 1500 sqft open plan studio bathed in natural sunlight. With optional soft dimmable lighting and purple velvet curtains the studio is both stylish and versatile. The daylight studio can be hired on its own but more frequently it is hired in conjunction with the blackout studio which is adjacent and linked via double doors.

The Roof Terrace

Both studios have their own access point to the shared Bamboo roof terrace outside. With a mixture of soft furnishings and cool props, tables, conference chairs and all the AV equipment you may need, the studio is ready to take on whatever you require from it. Our roof terrace space

The Blackout Studio

So called because this studio can be blacked out at a moment’s notice using again the purple velvet curtains that adorn the windows. There is no skylight in this studio so the ambience is very different from next door. The double doors adjoining the two studios can be closed and curtained to allow for separate hire when necessary.
